You rush to McCheesy's, eager to get out of the cold. Once inside, you find a restaurant full of patrons. Great. People. Your favorite.
There're two people in line waiting to order, so you get in line behind them, planning what you're going to say.
"Yes, hello! I would like a cheeseburger." No, that's not quite right.
"Uhh, can I get a cheeseburger?" Better, but still not right.
"I require sustenance!"
"Gimme a burger!"
"Did you know that I'm a Gary Stu?"
Sigh, none of these are right. No matter how hard you try and formulate the perfect thing to say, it always comes out wrong. Your stomach starts hurting; you feel faint. Your social anxieties are kicking in! The guy in front of you is finished ordering. You're up, slugger.
Dizzy and lightheaded, you try to calm yourself to order your food. It's not working. Maybe you should go to the bathroom and try to calm down. After all, McCheesy's is open until like 1:00 in the morning. You've got all day.
>> Order a burger anyway?
