You're actually on a date...

You and Heather rush to the aquarium, where there's quite a line, even though it's cold. Maybe that was why; it was something to do indoors where it was warm.

While waiting in line, you and Heather talk, or rather you listen since you still can't talk to girls worth a crap. She's in college to be a veternarian and she loves to dance. Apparently people in the outside world also like to talk about their exes. You don't really care what she blabbers on about, though. You're on a freaking date!

Let's just hope she doesn't ask if you're listening to her or not.

When you finally get in, she takes the lead and you follow wherever she goes. That underwater shark tunnel thing was pretty sweet. Not to mention Heather started holding your hand in there, too.

You never imagined human interaction could be this amazing. The gamers, or rather children, screaming through their headsets in "Shoot Shoot Bang Bang: For Grown Ups" were hell on earth. Those forum trolls didn't shine a brighter light on the rest of humanity, either. But Heather...she was something special.

"...cafeteria?"

You shake your head and look at your date. "What'd you say?"

"Do you wanna go get some lunch in the cafeteria?"

You think for a second. The cafeteria probably had cheeseburgers, the reason you ventured outside of your apartment in the first place. But, if you get your burger, then you'll have no further reason to stay outside. You'll have accomplished your task and reached your goal.

You'll have to say goodbye to Heather.

"Maybe we can stop by the gift shop first or something. Couldn't we, Heather?" Saying her name for possibly one of the last times stings your heart.

"Yeah, sure, whatever. Let's go." She starts leading you to the gift shop.

But then your stomach growls. Loud.

She looks at you. "Was that your stomach?"
